Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families in line with statutory requirements. Developing and implementing care plans based on assessment findings. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure a holistic approach to service delivery. Providing support and guidance to families, ensuring their voices are heard in the decision-making process.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in children's services, particularly in assessment and intervention. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and professionals. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
