We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Social Worker to join our CLA Team in Devon. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and intervention to children in need of care and protection.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Undertaking assessments and developing care plans for children and families Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for children Participating in case conferences, court proceedings, and reviews Providing direct support and guidance to children and families in crisis situations Advocating for the rights and well-being of children in care

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with current registration with Social Work England Demonstrated experience working with children and families in a social care setting Strong assessment and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage complex cases
