Conducting assessments and developing child protection plans in line with statutory requirements. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to deliver effective interventions and support services. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records, ensuring compliance with local and national policies. Supporting and mentoring less experienced social workers and students within the team.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognised social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW). Registered with Social Work England. Experience in children's social work, particularly in court proceedings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with children and families. Proficient in report writing and case management systems.
