As a Family Court Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and preparing reports for court to inform decision-making. Working collaboratively with families, legal professionals, and other agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children. Providing expert advice and support during court proceedings, acting in the best interests of the child. Monitoring and reviewing cases to ensure compliance with legal requirements and safeguarding standards. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to the development of child protection plans.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current Social Work England registration. Significant experience in child protection and family court work.
