We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children’s SW - FAST Team in North Yorkshire. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of children and families. You will work collaboratively within a dynamic team to provide support, assess needs, and implement effective interventions for children at risk, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to determine their needs and risks. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Providing ongoing support and intervention to children and families, including crisis management. Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with local and national regulations. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to collaborative decision-making processes.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families in a social work setting. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound judgments under pressure.
