Your key responsibilities will include:

Providing direct support and intervention to individuals and families facing complex challenges. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with legal and organizational standards. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure holistic support. Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in statutory social work practice, particularly in child protection or adult services. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex cases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to client care.
