We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Social Worker to join our Long Term Team in Ramsgate. In this vital role, you will work closely with children and families, ensuring their safety and well-being while promoting positive outcomes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of children in need, conducting assessments, and developing tailored care plans that address individual circumstances.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing, implementing, and reviewing care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Providing support and guidance to children and their families, ensuring their voices are heard. Working in partnership with other agencies to safeguard children and promote their welfare. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.

To be considered for this position, you must possess a relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent) and be registered with Social Work England. Experience in children's social work, particularly in long-term case management, is essential. Additionally, you should demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, alongside the ability to work effectively in a multi-agency environment.
