We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Adult's Social Worker to join our Locality Team in Worcestershire. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to adults in need of support and intervention.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Conducting assessments and developing care plans for adults requiring social work intervention Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the holistic well-being of service users Providing support and guidance to individuals and families to promote independence and improve quality of life Participating in safeguarding processes and taking appropriate action to protect vulnerable adults Advocating for service users to ensure their voices are heard and their rights are upheld

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a valid HCPC registration Proven experience in adult social work, preferably within a locality team setting Strong assessment and care planning skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a complex caseload
