You will work collaboratively with families, local authorities, and other professionals to assess needs, develop care plans, and implement interventions that promote safety and well-being.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify risks and needs. Developing and implementing safeguarding plans in collaboration with multi-agency teams. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Providing support and guidance to families, ensuring their voices are heard. Participating in court proceedings and presenting cases as required.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Current Social Work England registration. Proven experience in safeguarding and child protection. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage a caseload effectively.
