As a key member of our CWD Team, you will be responsible for:
Conducting assessments of children and families to identify needs and develop appropriate intervention plans. Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for children with disabilities. Providing ongoing support and advocacy for children and their families, ensuring their voices are heard in decision-making processes. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records, adhering to local and national safeguarding policies. Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working within children’s services, particularly with children who have disabilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
