Preparing reports and presenting findings to senior management to inform service improvements.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Significant experience in children’s social work, with a strong understanding of safeguarding frameworks. Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
