Join our dynamic Children's TM - Quality Assurance & Safeguarding Team in Yorkshire, where your expertise in Qualified Social Work can make a real difference in the lives of children and families. We are seeking a dedicated professional who is passionate about safeguarding and committed to delivering high-quality services. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our practices meet regulatory standards and that children’s needs are prioritized in all aspects of our work.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough quality assurance assessments of social work practices. Reviewing case files to ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures. Providing training and support to social work staff on best practices in safeguarding. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to enhance service delivery for children. Preparing reports and presenting findings to senior management to inform service improvements.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Significant experience in children’s social work, with a strong understanding of safeguarding frameworks. Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment.

We are seeking a Qualified Social Worker who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families. In this rewarding position, you will work collaboratively with foster carers, children, and other professionals to provide high-quality support and guidance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Assessing and approving foster carers in line with local authority guidelines. Conducting regular visits to foster placements to monitor the welfare of children and ensure their needs are met.
