We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult's Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in West Sussex. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of adult clients, helping them achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life through tailored therapeutic interventions. You will play a pivotal role in assessing and planning individualized treatment programs that promote independence and wellbeing.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' physical, emotional, and social needs. Developing and implementing personalized therapy plans in collaboration with clients and their families. Providing guidance and support in the use of adaptive equipment and techniques. Monitoring and evaluating client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes.To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A degree in Occupational Therapy and current HCPC registration. Proven experience in adult occupational therapy, preferably in a community or rehabilitation setting. Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with clients and their families.
