We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Social Worker to join our Children and Families Team in Yorkshire. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and intervention to vulnerable children and families in need.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Undertaking assessments and reviews to identify risks and develop appropriate intervention plans Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to safeguard children and promote their welfare Managing a complex caseload, ensuring timely and effective interventions Providing direct support and guidance to children and families, advocating on their behalf Participating in case conferences, court proceedings, and other relevant meetings

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a recognized social work qualification Registered with Social Work England Demonstrated experience in working within Children's Services, ideally within a Child Protection or Looked After Children team Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families
