Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and risks of individuals and families. Developing and reviewing care plans in collaboration with service users and other stakeholders. Implementing safeguarding procedures and protocols to protect vulnerable individuals. Providing support and guidance to families, ensuring they have access to the necessary resources. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with statutory requirements. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to the development of safeguarding strategies.The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Strong understanding of safeguarding legislation and practices.
