Join our dedicated team in North East Lincolnshire as an Assessment & Safeguarding Social Worker, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being and safety of vulnerable individuals and families. In this challenging yet rewarding position, you will conduct assessments, develop care plans, and work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for those in need. Your expertise will be essential in identifying risks and implementing safeguarding measures to protect children and adults at risk.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and risks of individuals and families. Developing and reviewing care plans in collaboration with service users and other stakeholders. Implementing safeguarding procedures and protocols to protect vulnerable individuals. Providing support and guidance to families, ensuring they have access to the necessary resources. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with statutory requirements. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to the development of safeguarding strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Strong understanding of safeguarding legislation and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in assessment and case management within a social work setting.

Join our dedicated Children's Social Work team in North East Lincolnshire as a Qualified Social Worker specializing in Assessment & Safeguarding. We are looking for passionate and skilled individuals who are committed to improving the lives of children and families in our community. In this role, you will be at the forefront of safeguarding vulnerable children, conducting thorough assessments, and implementing effective intervention strategies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to determine their needs and risks. Developing and implementing child protection plans in collaboration with families and other stakeholders. Working closely with multi-agency partners to ensure a coordinated approach to safeguarding.
