We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Permanent Children's Social Work Team within the CIN/CP Team in North East Lincolnshire. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children and families. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable children, ensuring they receive the support they need.

As a Qualified Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with families and partner agencies. Working closely with multi-agency teams to ensure a coordinated approach to safeguarding. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Providing support and guidance to families, empowering them to make positive changes. Participating in court proceedings and providing expert testimony when required.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in Child in Need (CIN) and Child Protection (CP) settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families. Excellent analytical skills and the capacity to make informed decisions in complex situations.
