Join our dedicated team as a Qualified Social Worker (QSW) in the Family Help Hub, serving the Hart & Rushmoor areas. We are offering a competitive rate of £38 per hour (umbrella), providing an exciting opportunity for an experienced social worker to make a meaningful impact in the lives of families. In this role, you will work collaboratively with families, children, and various stakeholders to deliver high-quality support and intervention services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored support plans in collaboration with families. Providing guidance and support to families, ensuring they have access to necessary resources. Working closely with other professionals, including educators, healthcare providers, and community organizations. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of casework and interventions.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection and family support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Qualified Social Worker (Sr. QSW) to join our Family Help Hub team in Hart & Rushmoor, Hampshire. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of families in need while working within a supportive and dynamic environment. The position offers a competitive rate of £38 per hour (umbrella), reflecting the importance of this role in our community.

As a Senior Qualified Social Worker, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of complex cases, providing high-quality assessments, and developing intervention plans tailored to individual family needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments and reviews of family situations. Collaborating with multi-agency teams to ensure a holistic approach to family support. Providing supervision and guidance to junior social workers and support staff. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
