Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored support plans in collaboration with families. Providing guidance and support to families, ensuring they have access to necessary resources. Working closely with other professionals, including educators, healthcare providers, and community organizations. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of casework and interventions.To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection and family support.
