As a Qualified Social Worker in the Family Safeguarding Team, you will be responsible for:
Assessing the needs of children and families, developing and implementing care plans that promote positive outcomes. Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to safeguard children and ensure their well-being. Providing support and guidance to families, helping them to access services and resources. Managing a caseload of complex cases, ensuring timely and effective interventions. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with statutory requirements and local policies.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A relevant Social Work degree and current Social Work registration with Social Work England. Experience working in child protection or family safeguarding settings. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound judgments in complex situations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with families and professionals.
