We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Children's Advanced Practitioner to join our Locality Team in Yorkshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families within the community.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Undertaking complex assessments and developing care plans for children in need of support Providing expert advice and guidance to social workers and other professionals within the team Participating in case conferences and reviews to ensure the best outcomes for children and families Working collaboratively with partner agencies to safeguard children and promote their welfare

The successful candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a relevant social work qualification and HCPC registration Demonstrable experience in working with children and families in a social work setting Strong assessment and analytical skills with the ability to make evidence-based decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, families, and professionals
