Join our dedicated Adults Care Team in Camborne as a Qualified Social Worker (QSW) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults in need. We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to support vulnerable adults, ensuring they receive the care and assistance they deserve. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative environment, where your expertise will directly impact the well-being of our community.

As a Qualified Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals' needs to develop tailored care plans. Providing ongoing support and guidance to adults and their families, ensuring they are informed of available services. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated service delivery. Advocating for the rights and needs of clients, while promoting independence and well-being. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience working with adults in a social care setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
