Are you a passionate and dedicated Social Worker looking to make a difference in the lives of adults within the community? We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our dynamic team in Bournemouth, where you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults and their families. As a Social Worker in the Adults Community team, your key responsibilities will include:

Assessing the needs of adults and developing tailored support plans. Providing guidance and resources to individuals and families facing challenges. Collaborating with healthcare providers, community organizations, and local authorities. Conducting regular reviews and evaluations of service provision. The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience in adult social care and knowledge of relevant legislation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a team and manage a diverse caseload.
