We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work - Mental Health Team in Hampshire. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with adults experiencing mental health challenges, providing essential support and interventions to improve their quality of life. Key responsibilities include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs and developing tailored care plans. Providing direct support and interventions to individuals and their families, promoting recovery and well-being. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals and community organizations, to ensure holistic care. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with local and national standards. To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in adult social work, particularly within mental health settings. Strong communication, assessment, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

We are seeking a qualified social worker who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals and their families. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing care plans, and providing ongoing support to clients in line with their needs and preferences.

Your key responsibilities will include:
