Emotional Health & Wellbeing Practitioner
Location: Warwickshire

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Emotional Health & Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team. In this role, you will provide low-intensity support to children, young people, and young adults within our Emotional Health & Wellbeing services, utilizing a brief intervention framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Support children, young people, and young adults across our Emotional Health & Wellbeing services.Offer low-intensity support under a brief intervention framework.

Experience and Skills Required:

Proven experience working with parents, families, children, and young people.Leadership experience.Experience in supporting families dealing with complex and sensitive issues through advice and advocacy.Strong relationship-building skills.Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.Effective problem-solving abilities.Ability to plan and manage your own workload.

Essential Requirements:

A current DBS on the update service or willingness to undergo one.On-site working to best support clients.A valid driving licence, access to a car, and willingness to travel across the region.
