Join our dedicated Front Door Team in North Somerset as an Experienced Social Worker, where you will play a vital role in safeguarding and supporting vulnerable individuals and families. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled professional who is committed to making a positive impact in the community. In this dynamic position, you will assess needs, provide timely interventions, and work collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure the best outcomes for those we serve.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting initial assessments and determining eligibility for services. Developing and implementing support plans tailored to individual needs. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to coordinate services. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with policies and procedures. Providing advice and support to families and individuals in crisis situations.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Significant experience in frontline social work, preferably within a similar setting. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
