We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Child in Care team in Dudley. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in the care system.
Key responsibilities and duties:
Undertaking assessments of children and families to determine their needs and develop care plans Providing direct support and intervention to children in care to promote their well-being and safety Liaising with other professionals and agencies to coordinate services and ensure the best outcomes for children Participating in case conferences, court proceedings, and reviews to advocate for the needs of children in care Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and interventionsEssential qualifications and skills:
Qualified Social Worker with a valid HCPC registration Demonstrated experience working with children and families in a social work setting Strong assessment, communication, and decision-making skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professional practice and ethicsAdditional requirements and benefits:
