We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Family Assessment Team in Croydon. Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of families to identify needs, risks, and strengths. Developing and implementing tailored support plans in collaboration with families and other stakeholders. Providing supervision and guidance to less experienced social workers and support staff. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in compliance with local policies. Engaging with external agencies and community resources to enhance support for families.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection, family assessment, and intervention strategies.
