Cafcass (Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service) is looking for 10 experienced and passionate Qualified Social Workers to join our Pathfinder Team - an innovative and fast-paced service shaping the future of family justice.
💼 Role Overview:As a Cafcass Social Worker in the Pathfinder team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the voice of the child is heard in family court proceedings. This role is suited to confident practitioners who thrive in dynamic environments and are committed to achieving the best outcomes for children.
📍 Key Details:Pay rate: £34 per hour (umbrella)
Location: Remote with some potential for in-person engagement (region-specific)
Start date: Immediate start available
Duration: Ongoing contracts with potential for long-term engagement
✅ Requirements:Qualified Social Worker (Social Work England registered)
Minimum 3 years post-qualifying experience in children and families statutory services
Strong court report writing and case analysis skills
Prior experience with Cafcass or family court work is highly desirable
