The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Extensive experience in social work practice, particularly within a locality setting. Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex cases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to collaborative working.
