We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated CIC/LAC - QSW to join our team in Bradford. As a Qualified Social Worker specializing in Children in Care (CIC) and Looked After Children (LAC), you will play a crucial role in supporting and advocating for vulnerable children and young people in the community.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Assessing the needs and risks of children and families, and developing and implementing care plans Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, including health professionals, educators, and social services Providing direct support and interventions to children and families to promote positive outcomes Participating in case conferences, court hearings, and reviews to ensure the best interests of the child are upheld Advocating for children's rights and ensuring they are safeguarded from harm

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with relevant professional registration (HCPC) Experience working with children and families in a social care setting Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make evidence-based decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders Ability to work under pressure, manage challenging situations, and prioritize workload effectively
