Join our dedicated Children's TM - Family Help Team in Solihull, where your passion for social work can make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. We are seeking a qualified social worker who is committed to providing high-quality support and intervention to vulnerable families. You will work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals to assess needs, develop tailored support plans, and ensure the safety and well-being of children in our community.
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough assessments of children's and families' needs. Developing and implementing effective intervention strategies. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Working collaboratively with external agencies and stakeholders. Providing support and guidance to families to promote positive outcomes. Participating in team meetings and contributing to service development.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families in a social work setting. Strong assessment and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
