As a Team Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Providing effective leadership and supervision to a team of social workers, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practices. A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Significant experience in children's social work, with a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection issues. Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
