As a Team Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Providing effective leadership and supervision to a team of social workers, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practices. Collaborating with partner agencies and stakeholders to promote the welfare and safeguarding of children. Managing performance and quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of service delivery.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Significant experience in children's social work, with a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection issues. Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
