We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our Children's TM - CIC Team in Havering as a Qualified Social Worker. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting and safeguarding children in care, ensuring their well-being and best interests are always the top priority.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Undertaking assessments and creating care plans for children in the care system Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to provide holistic support Advocating for the needs and rights of children in care Participating in case conferences and reviews to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments Providing emotional support and guidance to children and their families

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with relevant certifications and registrations Demonstrated experience in working with children and families in a social work setting Strong assessment and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage challenging situations
