Join our dedicated Children's TM - CIC Team in Bristol as a Qualified Social Worker, where you will play a vital role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children in care. You will work collaboratively with children, families, and multi-agency partners to ensure that every child receives the support they need to thrive. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality interventions and create positive outcomes for vulnerable children.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting thorough assessments of children's needs and risks. Developing and implementing care plans in partnership with children and families. Providing ongoing support and advocacy for children in care. Working closely with local authorities, schools, and healthcare providers to coordinate services. Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports in compliance with statutory requirements.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current Social Work England registration. Experience working with children and families in a social work setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
