Join our dedicated Children's TM - Assessment Team in Oxfordshire as a Qualified Social Worker, where you will play a vital role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and families. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing support plans, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for children in need. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children's needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective support plans in partnership with families. Collaborating with schools, health professionals, and community organizations. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in team meetings and contributing to service development initiatives.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in children's social work, particularly in assessment and intervention. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
