Join our dedicated Children's Social Work - Support & Intervention Team in Warwickshire, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of children and families in our community. As a Qualified Social Worker, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of children and families, developing and implementing tailored support plans, and ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable children. Your expertise will contribute to fostering positive outcomes and empowering families to thrive.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and their families. Developing and implementing intervention plans based on individual needs. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies to deliver effective support. Maintaining accurate case records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Providing guidance and support to families, promoting resilience and independence.To qualify for this role, you must possess:
A degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification. Registration with Social Work England. Experience in children's social work, particularly in a support and intervention context. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
