We are seeking a passionate and qualified social worker who is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in assessing needs, developing care plans, and ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable children.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify risks and needs. Developing and implementing care plans that promote the welfare and safety of children. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure effective safeguarding interventions. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Providing support and guidance to families, helping them access necessary resources and services.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England or equivalent professional body. Experience in children’s safeguarding, child protection, or related fields. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
