Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting initial assessments and investigations into child protection concerns. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. Participating in multi-agency meetings to share information and coordinate services. Providing support and guidance to families, ensuring they have access to necessary resources.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in children's social work, particularly within a MASH or similar setting. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
