Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and developing tailored care plans for children and families. Working closely with children, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure their voices are heard. Managing a caseload effectively, maintaining accurate records and documentation. Participating in multi-agency meetings to coordinate services and support. Providing advice and support to foster carers and adoptive families.To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in a locality or community setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
