We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Social Worker to join our Locality Team in Gloucestershire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families within the local community.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Undertaking assessments of children and families to identify risks and needs Developing and implementing care plans to ensure the safety and well-being of children Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to provide holistic support Participating in case conferences, court proceedings, and reviews as required Advocating for the rights and best interests of children in line with legislation and policies

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a recognized social work qualification Registered with Social Work England Experience working within a children's social care setting Strong assessment and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
