Join our dedicated Children's Social Work - Intervention Team in Warwickshire, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of children and families in need. As a Qualified Social Worker, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of children and their families, developing and implementing effective intervention plans, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of vulnerable children in our community.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and risks faced by children and families. Developing tailored intervention plans in collaboration with families and multi-agency partners. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families to promote positive outcomes for children. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in compliance with statutory requirements. Participating in team meetings and supervision to share best practices and enhance team performance.To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in children's social work, particularly in intervention and support services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, families, and professionals.
