Join our dedicated Family Support Team in Surrey as a Children's Social Worker, where you will play a vital role in the lives of children and families in need. We are seeking passionate and skilled individuals who are committed to making a difference in the community. In this position, you will work collaboratively with families to assess their needs, develop tailored support plans, and ensure the safety and well-being of children.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children's and families' needs. Developing and implementing effective intervention plans. Working alongside multi-agency teams to provide holistic support. Monitoring and reviewing progress to ensure positive outcomes. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with statutory requirements. Providing support and guidance to families to promote resilience and independence.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families in a social work context. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
