Providing direct support and intervention to families, helping them navigate challenges and access necessary resources. Maintaining accurate case records and documentation in accordance with statutory requirements and organizational policies. A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW). Registered with Social Work England. Experience working with children with disabilities and their families.
