Are you a passionate and dedicated social worker looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families? Join our Children's Social Work - CSWT Team in Kent, where you will have the opportunity to support vulnerable children and ensure their safety and well-being. We are seeking a qualified social worker who is committed to delivering high-quality services and fostering positive outcomes for children and their families.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for a range of key duties, including:

Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing care plans that promote the welfare of children. Working collaboratively with other professionals, agencies, and families to ensure comprehensive support. Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring timely interventions and follow-ups. Documenting and maintaining accurate records in accordance with statutory requirements.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registered with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families in a social work setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
