As a member of our team, you will be responsible for a range of key duties, including:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing care plans that promote the welfare of children. Working collaboratively with other professionals, agencies, and families to ensure comprehensive support. Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring timely interventions and follow-ups. Documenting and maintaining accurate records in accordance with statutory requirements.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registered with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families in a social work setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
