As a member of our CIC Team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and their families. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with children, families, and other professionals. Building trusting relationships with children and their caregivers to foster a supportive environment. Monitoring and reviewing the progress of care plans, ensuring timely interventions as necessary. Representing the interests of children in court proceedings and multi-agency meetings.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in children’s social work, particularly within a CIC setting. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
