Lincolnshire County Council is seeking a qualified Children's Social Worker to join our Children and Families (C&F) Team. As a Children's Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing care plans that prioritize the safety and well-being of children. Working collaboratively with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to support. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with local policies and procedures. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to strategy discussions.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families, particularly in a statutory setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
