As a Children’s Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing effective care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Participating in multi-agency meetings and working collaboratively with external partners.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Current Social Work England registration. Experience in children's social work, particularly in case management. Strong assessment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
