Join our dedicated Children's Social Work team in North East Lincolnshire as a Qualified Social Worker specializing in Assessment & Safeguarding. In this role, you will be at the forefront of safeguarding vulnerable children, conducting thorough assessments, and implementing effective intervention strategies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to determine their needs and risks. Developing and implementing child protection plans in collaboration with families and other stakeholders. Working closely with multi-agency partners to ensure a coordinated approach to safeguarding. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with local authority policies. Providing support and guidance to families to promote positive outcomes for children.To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (Degree or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in assessment and safeguarding. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children and families.
