As a Children's Social Worker in the Family Safeguarding Team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and risks for children and families. Developing and implementing effective intervention plans to promote positive family outcomes. Working closely with multi-disciplinary teams, including health, education, and voluntary sector partners. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with local and national standards. Providing support and guidance to families, helping them to access appropriate services and resources.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in children and family social work, particularly in safeguarding settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
