Join our dedicated Family Help Team in Warwickshire as a Children’s Social Worker (SSW). We are seeking a passionate and skilled professional to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families in our community. In this role, you will work collaboratively with families, stakeholders, and community resources to provide support and intervention, ensuring the well-being and safety of children.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing care plans that promote positive outcomes. Providing direct support and guidance to families in crisis. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure comprehensive service delivery. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with local authority guidelines. Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills.To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current Social Work England registration. Experience working with children and families in a social work context. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse families.
