Are you a passionate and dedicated social worker looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families? The Children's SP - C&F Team in Walsall is seeking a qualified social worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with families, children, and other professionals to ensure the safety and well-being of children within our community.
Key responsibilities include:
Assessing the needs of children and families through comprehensive evaluations and risk assessments. Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans to support children and their families. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Working closely with multi-agency teams to coordinate services and support for families. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, ensuring that their voices are heard and respected.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Experience in child protection and safeguarding practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
