Join our dedicated Children’s SP - Case Management Team in Shropshire, where you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and families. As a Qualified Social Worker, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of children and their families, developing and implementing effective care plans, and ensuring the welfare and safety of children in our community. Your expertise will contribute to making a meaningful difference in their lives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and reviewing care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families to promote positive outcomes. Working closely with schools, healthcare providers, and other agencies to coordinate services. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of casework and interventions. Participating in team meetings and case conferences to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to child welfare.To be considered for this role, you must have:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in children's social work, particularly in case management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children and families.
