Salary
£39,862 - £45,091
About the Role
This is a varied and rewarding role within a locality team covering the full spectrum of statutory children's social work, including:
Duty and assessmentChild in Need (CIN)Child Protection (CP)Court workPermanence planning
You will manage a diverse caseload, working with children and families across the continuum, making informed decisions to safeguard and improve outcomes.
Team Structure
You will be part of a supportive and balanced team made up of:
2 Senior Practitioners6 Social Workers
This structure ensures strong management oversight, peer support, and collaborative working.
