We are seeking a passionate and qualified social worker to provide support and safeguarding services to vulnerable children, ensuring their well-being and safety within the community. As a member of our safeguarding team, you will be responsible for:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective intervention plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, ensuring access to appropriate resources and services. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures. Participating in case reviews and contributing to strategic planning initiatives aimed at improving child welfare.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in child safeguarding and working with vulnerable populations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
